Spice cake with Camembert, walnut and honey

Ingredients

  • 4 slices spice cake
  • +/- 8 slices Camembert
  • 24 half walnuts
  • liquid honey
  • 1

    Cut the Camembert into slices and put 2 slices of Camembert on each slice of spice cake. Press slightly.
    Put 6 half walnuts per slice of spice cake on top of the Camembert.

    You can also chop the walnuts and divide them over the slices.
    Drip a little honey over the walnuts.

    Put one slice on a small plate.
    You can decorate with some extra walnuts or some rocket salad to add extra flavour and colour.
