Ingredients
- 250 g game paté of your choice
- 2 tbsp port
- 1 cup spice cake crumble
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 4 tbsp onion marmalade

Combine the game paté with the port. Form into little balls and let stiffen in the fridge for a while.

Mix the spice cake crumble, the rosemary and the peppercorns in a blender.

Roll the paté balls in the onion marmalade and then in the spice cake mixture.
