Since 1867, we have been baking soft gingerbread the way it should be done, according to a carefully preserved family recipe: traditionally, full of spice and using only the very best that nature has to offer. What began as an oil and grain mill on the Vondelbeek has grown into Belgium’s largest soft gingerbread bakery. And you can really taste the difference.

For our basic recipe, we use only natural ingredients: rye flour, liquid sugar and/or honey, and spices. With these, we create a delicious variety of flavours, from our much-loved classic to authentic soft gingerbread. Discover them all!

Ready-to-Go

Deliciously soft gingerbread, high in fibre, low in fat and naturally plant-based. No preservatives. Just what’s really needed. And time. Because good things take time. So we give our soft gingerbread time to rest, allowing the flavour to develop naturally and giving every bite that characteristic softness.
